Directions for Cooking:
Mix onion, garlic, ginger and tomato powders with water OR blend them with tomatoes or tomato purée & water to make smooth paste. Transfer this paste to the oil in your pan and proceed with your cooking. Gravy will be ready in 5 minutes.

Chana Masala
Ingredients
a) 600 gm chana
b) 2 gm garlic powder by Zenuine
c) 2 gm ginger powder by Zenuine
d) 40gm onion powder by Zenuine
e) Tomato puree or tomatoes as per choice
f) Moti Elaichi
g) Cinnamon 1 small stick
h) Cloves
i) Whole Black Pepper
j) A potli (small pouch) of muslin cloth with a tablespoon of tea leaves) This is to give colour to chana.
Procedure:
Soak chana overnight
along with cinnamon stick,
moti elaichi, cloves and black pepper.
Boil the chana in pressure cooker along with above ingredients, salt and potli of tea leaves. Cook till the chana is tender.
In a bowl put required amount of purée and add 2 gm garlic powder , 2 gm ginger powder and 40 gm onion powder and make a paste.Or if you are blending the chopped tomatoes in the blender , add all powders at that time only to make a paste. Now put 2 tablespoons of oil or ghee and put the paste in it and sauté for 2 minutes.
Now add boiled chana to this paste.
Add chana masala to taste and let it cook for 5 minutes to bring to consistency of your choice.
Garnish with chopped onions green chillies and chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with breads of your choice.
Dal Tadka
Ingredients
a) 200 gm yellow dal
b) 1 gm ginger powder by Zenuine
c) 1 gm garlic powder by Zenuine
d) 6 gm onion powder by Zenuine
e) Tomato puree or blended tomatoes as per choice
f) Water as per choice of consistency required.
g) Salt and turmeric to taste.
Procedure:
Wash dal and add water, salt, turmeric powder, 1 gm ginger powder, 1 gm garlic powder, 6 gm onion powder and tomato purée and let it cook in a saucepan or pressure cooker till desired consistency is reached.
For Tadka:
Take one teaspoon of ghee and put a pinch of asafoetida, 1 teaspoon of Cumin seeds and 2-3 whole red chillies. Let it splitter and now add to the cooked dal.
Garnish with garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or roti.
